Ukrainian-Turkey cooperation as a factor of regional security. The dissertation investigates Ukrainian-Turkish cooperation in forming regional security system. The necessity of the scientifical research of the special character of the Ukrainian-Turkish relations in political, military and security issues is determined with the leading role of Republic of Turkey on the Black sea region as well, with its influence on the decision-making processes in international organizations, as with its economical strength and investment potential for Ukraine.
