Essay

Object - physical activity of women of the second mature age engaged in intellectual work. Aim of investigation is to ground organizing and methodical activities, aimed at optimization of physical activity of female teachers 36-55 years old and experimentally check their efficiency. Methods - complex of theoretical, sociological, pedagogical and medico-biological methods has been applied for solution of the tasks being defined, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: organizational and methodical preconditions of optimization of physical activity of female teachers 36-55 years old has been grounded; organizational and methodical activities aimed at involvement of female teachers of second mature age into remedial physical culture activities have been defined and introduced for the first time.
