Object of investigation: physical rehabilitation of persons with lower paraplegia. Aim of investigation: to develop and approve a method of physical rehabilitation of persons with lower paraplegia as a result of trauma of pectoral and lumbar section of spine and spinal cord in hospital; novelty- first scientifically well-founded approach to forming the individual rehabilitation program of persons with lower paraplegia; results - a method of physical rehabilitation for persons with lower paraplegia as a result of trauma of pectoral and lumbar section of spine and spinal cord is developed, it is inculcated in work of hospitals. Methods of research: analysis of scientific-methodical literature, sociological methods (study of illness histories, conversation, questioning), pedagogical methods (pedagogical supervision, pedagogical experiment), medical-biology methods (manual testing of move function and methods of research of indexes of blood and urine), methods of mathematical statistics.
