Essay

Dissertation concerns pedagogical conditions under which the quality of teaching cadets of the foreign languages is leveled up. Pedagogical conditions of leveling up the quality of the teaching process defined and scientifically, experimentally checked; motivational basis of the cadets’ learning activity formed; active cadets’ learning by means of applying personal-oriented approach; provided teacher’s pedagogical reflection; utilized algorithm of the teacher’s actions; diagnostics of the teaching effectiveness; the impact of the pedagogical and psychological factors were revealed; efficiency and success of foreign language teaching depends on these factors. The algorithm of the teacher’s actions in creating pedagogical conditions to level up the quality of foreign languages teaching of the cadets at the Higher Military Educational Establishments was developed and implemented.
