Оbject is a process of teacher's conflict competency formation. The goal is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions of teacher's conflict competency formation and to verify the technology of their realization experimentally. The methods are analysis, synthesis, collation, generalization, use of survey, testing, observation, methods of expert evaluation, self-evaluation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The novelty is in substantiation of the essence and the structure of teacher's conflict competency, conditions of its formation, elaboration of technology of teacher's constructive education in conflict management. The results are inculcation of conclusions and recommendations in pedagogical process, the usage of the results in teaching the courses "The Theory of Education", "The Fundamentals of Pedagogical Mastery", "The Methodics of Professional Education", "The Theory and the Practice of Social Systems Management",
