Essay

It has been established that use of method of autoleukocyte perfusion of medicines into femoral artery stimulates lymphocytes in the area of inflammation, suppresses development of infection and improves regeneration and proliferation of basal epidermal cells. The pair correlation analysis proves close connection of duration of diabetes mellitus with the age, arterial pressure and molar concentration of urea in plasma and average positive connection between duration of diabetes mellitus and duration of diabetic foot syndrome. It is found that surgical intervention of the purulent area of diabetic foot depends on the sizes and depth of purulent and necrotic involvement of soft tissues, its distribution on sole spaces. It is certain, that the best way of operative intervention is radical excision of an abscess with the subsequent processing of a wound by antiseptics and friable tamponade by gauze with "Levomecol". At impossibility of application of this intervention, the maximal removal of the involved tissues with the subsequent drainage of all cavities and layers of a wound is necessary. Amputation of extremity is an operation of choice in case of progressing process. In the postoperative period it is recommended to perform treatment of wound "under a bandage" with differentiated use of the new combined medicines on hydrophilic basis, developed in Ukraine. On own experience efficiency of wound closing in patients with diabetic foot syndrome is shown due to application of treatment by autoleucocyte perfusion of medicines.
