Essay

The theoretical and methodological bases of cyclic economic development are considered at the dissertation, the complex analysis of business cycle regulation of the countries' economy in the globalization environment is conducted. The methods of analysis and synthesis, historical method, correlation analysis, economic and mathematic modeling are used. The dissertation can serve by a methodological basis for development of effective mechanism of the business cycle regulation of Ukraine's economy. The developed methods can be used for forecasting of economic dynamics and international competitiveness of countries. Author offered the determination of category "business cycle regulation of countries' economy". The asymmetric of economic cycles is analyzed in a world economy, the author method of determination of countries' international competitiveness cycles is developed and the countries-key innovators' international competitiveness cycles are modeled. Practical suggestions of author are inculcated in relation to the applied research of dynamics of the market state of affairs. The organs of legislative and executive power, educational process, are the sphere of the use of dissertation job performances.
