100 patients with first acute Q-myocardial infarction (MI) with non-complicated course aged 33-70 years were examined.53 patients (53%) had MI of an anterior localization,47 patients (47%)-of posterior localization.The patients were examined in 3 weeks, 3 and 6 months from the onset of symptoms by means of echocardiographic (ECG)examination by a standard techniques..It was determined that structural- functional changes in MI are characterized by dilatation of a LVcavity with the decrease ofheart contractile ability,disorder of diastolic filling at the expense of increase of myocardial rigidity and tendency to formation of excentric type of remodeling.There were elaborated prognostic models of CHF development on 3-d week, 3-d and 6-th months of the rehabilitation period.
