The dissertation is devoted to the decision of theoretical and applied problems of regional food market forming and functioning, improvement territorial organization of it. The economical essence, role and importance of the regional food market are determined in the work. On the basis of a substantiation of a complex of principles, which define specificity of food market territorial organization its character is found out. In a context of modern economical conditions of managing the methodical approaches to an estimation of spatial organization efficiency of the regional foodstuff market is advanced. On the basis of the analysis and the estimations of resource potential of the regional food market, scales, dynamics and economical efficiency of this one, the methodical approaches to modeling and forecasting of its development are advanced. On the basis of increase of effectiveness investment, innovation and marketing activity the organizational economic mechanism of improvement of food market territorial organization is offered. At a level of the concept the strategic directions of increase effectiveness of the regional food markets and their territorial organization formation are proved.
