Mykytiuk O. Cooperation of the subjects of business in transitive economy.

In the dissertation the problem of the cooperation relations of the subjects of business in transitive economy is investigated. The special attention is given to the subjects of small business. It is shown, that the development of cooperation connections of the subjects of business is not only objective necessity caused by changes in structure of manufacture at the present stage, but effective mechanism of business supporting and of stimulating its development. It is proved, that the modern forms of cooperation, such as: subcontract, leasing, venture, franchising, were generated on a basis of the historically usual forms of cooperation, which in due course were transformed and have found new qualities. In conditions of transitive economy the cooperation forms of enterprise activity require support. With the purpose of improvement of external environment, creation of a favorable enterprise climate the effective state policy in sphere of business is necessary. It is offered to stimulate and to develop the self-organizational tendencies of the businessmen with the purpose of support and protection of the rights. Also large attention is given to development business- incubators promoting standing and development of the small enterprises.
