Formation of psychological readiness of teacher to regulate the relations among renior pupils. The dissertation is dedicated to research of a problem of formation of psychological readiness of the teacher to render influence and to creative the relations between senior pupils. The structure of psychological readiness of the teacher to regulate the relations among pupils is determined, empirical parameters, criteria of an estimation and levels formations the given phenomenon are determined. The complex of techniques for diagnostics of a level formations psychological readiness of the teacher to regulate the relatins among pupils is created.
