Zakora O. Perfection of technology of forming of the cross winding packing

Dissertation is devoted to development of tech-nology of winding of packing with additional dis-placement, which allows due to angular and axial dispersion of coils of yarn on the surface of wind-ing to promote quality of the winding packing and efficiency of process of rewinding. For its realiza-tion there is the offered new construction of holder of bobbin of winding mechanism, which provides recurrent-forward motion of packing along the axis of winding drum. As a result the height of lay-out of yarn is multiplied on packing and removed band and plait winding. Equalization of winding of yarn on packing is got, which takes into account its ad-ditional displacement in the process of forming. The unevenness of closeness of along generatrix bobbin goes down on 43%. It gave backlogs for the increase to the middle by a volume closeness of winding, that together with the increase of height of lay-out enables to multiply mass of the winding packing on 15%.
