Processes of integrated corporate structures formation and management thereof. Theoretical substantiation and elaboration of methodological and applied recommendations with regard to improving organisational mechanism and instruments of integrated corporate structures formation with due account of the restructurisation processes. Methods of research: comparison, generalisation, classification and typology, abstraction, analytical, abstract-logical, historical, analysis and synthesis, statistical, logical and systemic-structural analysis, expert evaluation, modelling, and graphic analytical method. Conceptual principles of organisational mechanism of restructurisation of integrated corporate structures have been substantiated. Methodologies and models that are based on universal theoretical principles and create prerequisites for their application by national integrated corporate structures have been adjusted for practical use. Concepts and categories of corporate management theory have been clarified, conceptual model of the formation of organisational mechanism of restructurisation of integrated corporate structures on the basis of restructurisation processes and TQM principles combination has been elaborated and substantiated as well as process approach to organisational mechanism of restructurisation of integrated corporate structures, including the TQM requirements application, developed. Recommendations with regard to the improvement of integrated corporate structures management system diagnostic methods have been implemented.
