In dissertation on the base of the analysis of the different definitions of the forest-by products usage and its productional-resourses potential, effectiveness of the forest-by products usage and the research: a) the author's definitions of the forest-by products usage and its productional-resourses potential are made; b) the economical value of the exploative forest-by resourses of Transcarpathian region is made; c)the efficiency of the forest-by products usage and its meaning for the economy is shown. The main components of the external and regional mechanisms regulating effectiveness of the forest-by products usage are characterised, organizational and economic factors, raising the efficiency of the forest-by products usage, are grounded.
