Saprykina N. Transnational corporations in the system of internationalisation of the world social production

Transnational corporations (TNC), functioning in the world economic environment. Theoretical generalization of the transnationalisation process; substantiation of the TNC role in the system of the world social production internationalization; determination of the specific features and concrete forms and trends of TNC influence on the internationalization process in individual world economy spheres. Theoretical and methodological basis of the dissertation is a combination of general and specific principles, methods and techniques of scientific research for realization of the goal and tasks; methodological framework of the research is the system approach to economic phenomena and processes analysis, general principles of the modern economic theory and the theory of TNC. Systematisation of such categories as "transnational corporations", "financial and industrial group", "strategic alliance"; substantiation of the supplemented definition of TNC by emphasizing TNC as an exponent of the internationalization process and accelerator of the globalization process. The interpretation of the process of internationalization on micro level was extended by combining traditional six-stage approach and new approaches such as market constraints, structural dependencies and market, institute and actor approaches. Trends and some special features of the TNC influence mechanism on the employment sphere were defined; also the role of TNC in the process of employment generating, distribution and redistribution was determined concerning direct and indirect employment. A complex of recommendations concerning state economic policy in the globalization conditions and intensification of the integration processes of Ukrainian economy into the world economic environment was offered and introduced to solve the problems emerging in such kind of relations.
