Degtyaryov A. Management of foreign economic activity of high technology enterprises under conditions of globalization (on the pattern of Ukrainian space sphere)

The Dissertation is devoted to important insufficiently development matters of optimization of management of foreign economic activity of high technology enterprises in the system of international space researches and realization of competitive products in the global market. Organizational legal backing of development strategy of foreign economic activity (FEA) under conditions of globalization is investigated. Given diagnostics of world tendencies of development strategies of aerospace sphere of leading world space agencies has allowed to point out influence vector on the management strategy of FEA of enterprises of the Ukrainian space sphere. The author has worked out the pattern of formation of dynamic, flexible networks of management of FEA on the base of state-private partnership with the purpose of accumulation and effective usage of own and attracted investments. Special attention is paid to the usage (in the economic practice) of state desing office "Pivdenne" regulatory-legal and methodical materials, developed by the very author, with the creation of new horizontal and improvement of acting fixed - vertical integrated organizational structures of management of FEA of enterprises of Ukrainian space sphere.
