Dissertation is devoted to the study of individual-topological features of blood microcirculation of female students with different body constitution, who were the permanent residents of the southeast of Ukraine. The revealed body type among females were: pycnical (47% of cases); astenical - 26% of cases, athletical - in 18% of cases, and indefinite - in 9% of cases. From data of laser Doppler flow three types of microcirculation were revealed: normoemic, hyperemic, hypoemic. Daily dynamics of microcirculation showed increase of microcirculation parameter and standard deviation in the afternoon. The dynamics of microcirculation during the ovarian-menstrual cycle testified to the decline of microcirculation indices; hot caloric test challenge increase of semi-period of microcirculation recovery in premenstrual and menstrual phases
