Maximenko S. International legal regulation of the human right for freedom of movement and place of residence choice

The thesis are initiated to the investigation of mechanism of formation, development and international legal matter of the institution guaranteeing the human rights, and the mechanism of realization and peculiarities of legal regulation in the law enforcement activity. The creation of the world outlook scientific-theoretical model as the integral conception with the mechanism of international legal norms transformation in the national legal system, and improvement of the pan-European integration processes in which freedom of movement is one of the four "integration" wills.In the work it is analyzed the juridical character and the meaning of the notion "freedom of movement", it is performed the integrated study of the international law and normative juridical deeds in Ukraine, which are aimed to guarantee the realization of human freedom of movement, restriction of freedom of movement, establishment of the legal liability.It is considered the public administration system in the sphere of freedom of movement guaranteeing, it is put forward the concrete proposals and recommendations concerning the improvement of the international and national legislation.
