Essay

Object of research: the market of bakery products of the Kiev region as system of economic attitudes between the enterprises of baking branch, wholesale-intermediary structures, state bodies and consumers. The purpose of research: development of Theoretical-methodical approaches to forecasting development of the market of bakery products, and also measures on the organizations of activity of the market subjects directed on expansion of this market, maintenance of interests of consumers and increase of efficiency of the enterprises of baking branch. Methods: is abstract-logic, the vertical and horizontal analysis, the system and complex analysis, monographic, index, segmentations, balance, economic-mathematical modelling, correlation-regress, optimization. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical-methodical approaches to research and forecasting of development of the market of bakery products are generalized; methodical approaches to forecasting its conjuncture are developed; the complex of marketing is developed for the baking enterprises, directions of regulation of the market of bakery products are planned by state bodies. Scientific novelty: methodical approach to forecasting the regional market of bakery products which in conditions of absence of display of classical dependence of the offer from the price and a supply with information focused on the market, is the most comprehensible to forecasting the market; the scheme of marketing process of formation of the market of bakery products is specified; has received the further development a complex of organizational-economic measures on formation of the regional market of bakery products in a direction of its expansion and stabilization of a price conjuncture. A degree of introduction: development and offers are used by the enterprises of baking branch and the state controls. Efficiency: use of results of research and offers will promote expansion of the market of bakery products and stabilization of its price conjuncture. Sphere, branch of use: activity of the subjects of the market of bakery products, development of directions regulation of the market by bodies of state management.
