The thesis presents comprehensive research of the problem of politics of international settlement of the conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1992-1995. On the basis of critical analysis of domestic and foreign literature, as well as new original sources, V.Bezruchenko develops three constituent elements of the selected theme: internal political conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the context of disintegration of SFRY; politics of international community to settle the conflict; territorial-constitutional forms of the settlement.
