Essay

Basing on the analysis of historical, scientific-pedagogical resources, normative documents, summary reports and statistic data the author revealed the theoretical statements of psychological and pedagogical training and generalized the practice of its organization in an educational-scientific complex "college - university" (regional aspect). The dissertation expresses the circumstances of pedagogically oriented educational-scientific complexes making in native pedagogical conception, modern development tendencies and activity principles of the complex "college - university" determined by them in the system of continuous pedagogical education in Ukraine. In the dissertation the structural model is rendered concrete and the contents peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical training of pedagogical college students are characterized and compared with the university students according to the generalization of regional educational-scientific complex experiences based on activities of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after G.S.Scovoroda. The trends of organizational and methodical interaction of the complex structural parts such as the educational process organization; scientific research of the university chairs and college departments; interaction of the structural parts with the community. The results of scientific researches are put as a basis of elaboration of monitoring evaluating model of the quality of psychological and pedagogical training organization for the expectant teachers in the educational-scientific complex "college - university"
