The object of the research is the social-labor conflict management. The aim of the work is to find out features of process of political management of the conflicts in the sphere of social-labor relations as means of the interests coordination of maintenance of the public stability . Methods are systems analysis, structurally functional and conflictological approaches, comparative analysis. The dissertation dedicate to the conception of the political management of the social-labor conflicts as the method of maintenance of the public stability on the optimal level is investigating in this dissertation work. Aspects of conflicts management are theoretically systematized, the dynamics of the social-labor conflicts and strategy of their management are considered. The complex analysis of the diagnostics of the social-labor conflicts rise is carried out. Mechanism of conflicts management is shown on the concrete examples, as well as its institutionalization, peculiarity of conflict management in transitional period as well as prevention of social-labor conflicts and their preventive measures (prophylactic). The model of the system for political management of the social-labor conflicts is proposed. It is considered over the following compounds: function of the system; source of financing; obstacles of creation and possibilities of their overcoming in the modern conditions of society democratization. Spheres of use are the activity of executive power, local government, trade unions and the training courses.
