Essay

A calculation method and the optimization of irrigation rates are elaborated. These are based on simulation of variants and graphical optimization under the condition of different water prices for various years of water provision. The calculations of net profit from irrigation are carried out for different crops. A method of operational planning of water supply with use of water saving irrigation regimes as well as the use of multilayer models of moisture transfer is offered. These models are based on the theory of thermodynamic and solve management tasks related to moisture of irrigated soils with high accuracy. The model parameters have been adapted to defined field conditions. The reduction coefficient of a two layer model and the parameters of the multilayer models of moisture transfer for operational planning of water supply are tested and identified. The calculated value and prognostic value of soil moisture are compared. The results prove the reliability and high application efficiency of the multilayer models for operational planning of water supply.
