Kokhan D. Unfair external competition and the mathods of defence of the national market from it

Competitive national and international trade-economic regimes, as well as manifestations of unfair external competition. The development of the methodological basis for realization of the domestic market and ukrainian commodity producer protection mechanism from manifestations of the unfair competition by means of using the complex of the measures in context of the corresponding world experience and taking into account our country's world trade particularities. The methods: induction and deduction, system correlation of general and individual, common-civilizative and national; the method of macroeconomic, system, regional and sector analysis, complex functional system approach. It was explored the theoretical and applied problems of unfair external competition. It was motivated the nature of the modern competition as methodological base of the phenomenon of unfair competition study, also it was revealed the unfair external competition nature on the modern stage of the development. On the basis of the comparative description of particularities of using antidumping, anti-subsidy and special procedures in Ukraine and foreign countries, as the most effective measures of domestic producer protection, was motivated concrete parameters of creating of the efficient market ambience in Ukraine in complex of the international, macroeconomic and commercial policy problems and forming of the efficient open economy.
