Goncharuk N. Surface respiration and dosed walking in a physical rehabilitation of the women of genesial age with the extragenital pathology, which has transferred ovariectomy

Matter of research - physical rehabilitation of women of reproductive ages after ovariectomy on inpatients stage of rehabilitation period. Subject of research - regenerating dynamics of distorted functions of cardio-vascular, respiratory, vegetative nervous system and psycho emotional state as well as height-weight induces with women of extra genital pathology after ovariectomy, arising under influence of applied program of physical rehabilitation including remedial gymnastics with application of shallow breathing and regulated walking with other means of rehabilitation. Methods of research - theoretical analysis and summering of literature data; study of documents (analysis of medical charts); questionnaring of sick women (on methods of "SAN"); pedagogical methods (doctoral - pedagogic observations (DPO) in the process of remedial physical exercises); anthropometric researches (measuring height, weight, thorax excursion (TE), excursion of abdominal wall (EAW ), counting of mass index of body after Ketle; medico-biological methods (questioning of patient, external examination, palpitation, auscultation); instrumental methods (pulse/metering, arterial tonometry; measuring of respiratory rate; spirometry); functional tests and samples (hypoxic tests of Stange and Genchi; orthostatic samples; clinostatic test); laboratory methods of research (clinical analysis of blood); methods of mathematic analysis of statistics. Scientific novelty of obtained results consists in that: for the first time worked out is the program of physical rehabilitation on the basis of considering pathologic changes arising in women's organism under influence of ovariectomy, stage and the character during post operational period, presence of extragenital pathology, distincting of complex approach and including remedial gymnastics with applying of shallow breathing with elements of miorelaxation, autotraining and regulated walking (running track is used) and remedial massage inclusive; theoretical ideas are added about the affect of proposed means of physical rehabilitation on cardio-vascular, respiratory and vegetative nervous system during inpatient period of regeneration stage of treatment on the basis of evaluation of their effect; the data are enlarged concerning negative character of psycho emotional state of women before ovariectomy and in early postoperational period, and its positive dynamics in the process of applied regeneration effects.
