Essay

The mechanism of state regulation and the selection of optimal methods of its influence on stock market in Ukraine are studied aiming at attraction of investments. The model of investors' interaction is built and behavior strategy making process is investigated. Development of the stock market is considered as a dynamic multivariance cyclic process, whose indexes change over a spiral-like form with preservation of its stability only under the conditions of its management by the state. State regulation politics dependence on globalization, tendencies and movements of world stock market is established.
