Melnikov A. Pedagogical fundamentals of higher military educational establishments physical training and sports department magisterial staff professional qualification evaluation

The thesis deals with the theoretical substantiation and experimental check of the physical training and sports department magisterial staff professional qualification evaluation model. Contents, principles, components (cognitive, operational, stirring), process structure are determined. In terms of impartial evaluation the model is proposed with such components as aim, content, principles, tasks, professional-pedagogical activity and preparedness, their signs, components, criteria and characteristics, that are assured with mathematical treatment by Fishborn and Excel computer program. Two types of qualification are determined and investigated: professional-pedagogical activity and preparedness in ten sights. Weight ratio of these ones was determined. Evaluation model enables to state the effectiveness and production indices at any time, and represents the personal preparedness of concrete tutor in numbers.
