Mikhailichenko A. Socio economic development of region and its resource maintenance (on materials of the Chernigiv region)

The dissertation is devoted to development of methodological bases and substantiation of the main directions of increasing efficiency socio economic development of a region on the basis of rationalization use its resource potential. In work the essence of concept "region" is opened, in view of economic potential and its importance in development of an economy in transition period condition, the tendencies and bases development of economy of region are determined on the basis of introduction state adjusting measures. The estimation of scales and structure of industrial potential of region is carried out, the directions of structural - dynamic changes are determined on the basis of ctivezation of innovation, investment and enterprise activity. The organizational economic levers of maintenance of the effective mechanism of development of the Chernigiv region are proved on the basis of improvement of its resource maintenance, are determined strategic references and the forecast of socio economic development of region is developed.
