Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of radio-technical control system and radio-control methods optimized for objects piloting on fixed trajectories with the purpose of precision improvement of the vessels positioning on waterway. The scientific results are: 1) structure of the automatic (semiautomatic) radio-technical system of vessels positioning on waterway by using radio-control and it’s determinate and probabilistic mathematical models; 2) radio-control methods in surface positions spaces with a vertical generating line based on distance and azimuthal measurement; 3) method of disproportionate rendezvous with trajectory optimised for objects piloting on fixed trajectories; 4) method of integration of the radio-locating information from different measuring devices. The practical results are software models of radio-technical vessel control system which can be applied in vessel navigation complexes of automatic or semiautomatic vessels positioning with the help of existed radio-technical means of vessels traffic control systems. It also can be used for education and training of vessels navigators.
