Antonov G. Pedagogical Foundation of Conflict Prevention and Setting in Educational Environment of Higher Educational Establishment

The object is professional-pedagogical training of future teachers. The goal is to prove pedagogical foundations of conflict prevention and settling in educational environment of higher educational establishment and to examine experimentally the system of realization of future teachers' conflict training. The methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, survey, testing, observation, methods of expert evaluation, self-evaluation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The novelty is determination of specific features of pedagogical conflicts, forms and methods of organizational-pedagogical activity on prevention and settling of conflicts in higher educational establishment, substantiation and examination experimentally of the system of students' conflict training. The results are inculcation of conclusions and recommendations in pedagogical process, the usage of the materials of the thesis in teaching the courses "The Fundamentals of Pedagogical Mastery", "The Methodics of Professional Education", "The Pedagogy of Higher School". The field is the theory and the methodics of professional education.
