Baranov A. Effectivity of state regulation of innovation activity

Object of research: the mechanism of state regulation of innovative activity of the economics agents. The purpose of the research: development to work out the methodical base for the estimation of the state regulation effectivity of innovative activity taking into account the organizational-economic mechanism of the given regulation, the highly developed countries' experience and national features. Methods: the analysis, synthesis, the scientific abstraction method, an induction, deduction, analogy, comparison and logic unity and economic-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical foundations, the reasons, features of an innovation policy realization, the problems of definition and methodical recommendations of its' efficiency evaluation are determined. Scientific novelty: this research work contains scientific-methodical foundations and recommendations to solve the problem of maintenance of state regulation efficiency of an innovation activity. Degree of introduction: theresults of this research work are reached by the author on the basis of research works of an Institute of economy NAN of Ukraine and the Join Institute of economy NAN of Ukraine as the assignee of the former one. The results were in a great number of conferences, in the process of teaching and were also presented to the governmental executive bodies. The efficiency of introduction: the practical use of this results research is the main reason to raise the efficiency of state regulation of innovative activity. Sphere, branch of use: economy.
