Object - the process of training future electromechanic engineers at a higher technical institution; methods - theoretic: analysis of literature on the problems of formation of ecologic knowledge by specialists at higher educational institutions; empirical: talks, quizes aiming at obtaining the level of ecologic knowledge formation; method of mathematical statistics for processing and interpreting the data of the experiment; the aim - to ground scientifically, to work out practically and to verify experimentally the content, methods, forms and means of formation of ecological knowledge by future electromechanic engineers; novelty - the methods of continuous formation of ecological knowledge by future electromechanic engineers on the basic of profilization of ecological knowledge and their integration into the knowledge system of special educational subjects has been theoretically grounded for the first time; the princeple of integration of ecological knowledge and knowledge of special subjects based onthe joining of two kinds of activity - ecological and special, has been futher developed; interactive and informational methods, the development of which consists in their complex use during laboratory work, which improves the level of independent work of the students, were worked out; results - the model of formation of professional integrated ecological knowledge by future electromechanic engineers during the process of study of special subjects has been theoretically grounded and worked out; content, forms and means of the methods of formation of ecological knowledge by future electromethanic engineers on the grounds of profilization and integration of ecological knowledge and knowledge of special subjects have been worked out; methods recommendations as to practical classes using interective and informational education methods have been worked out; the following manuals have been published: "Management of nature protecting activity" (approved by the MES of Ukraine, join authorship) and "Urboecology"; introduced in Kremenchuk State Polytechnic University; branch - professional pedagogics.
