The dissertation is dedicated to research of the policy of neutrality and non-block status in modern international relations, in particular in transformation processes of the european security structures and in context of the foreign policy activity of the european neutral and non-block states (Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden) as well as Ukraine. The author defined a complex of factors that influence making of the foreing policy of neutral and non-block countries of the Europe.
