Dimitrov M. The work in modern civic organizations of Ukraine as a mean of enlarging of the professional preparation of specialists

The variety of different youth organizations in modern society testifies the level of its democratic and tolerant attitude, concerning youth social self-creative work, which must be realized in the measures of legal constitutional expanse. Simultaneously with the help of network of youth civic organizations and their structures the state has the opportunity to promote youth' self-realization. In the dissertation the effectiveness of formation of professional competence of future specialist by means of out-of-classes activities in professionally oriented civic organizations was proved. The cooperation of state power organs, higher educational establishments and youth civic organizations concerns the spheres of new philosophy of education, as they actively influence the formation of personality and realization of state youth policy. The participation of young citizens in the activities of professionally oriented civil organizations increases their social activities, speeds up social and professional development.
