The thesis is devoted to a solution of a problem of increase of efficiency of turning of shaft in a series manufacturing, by a select of optimum alternative of turning processing step in view of mechanically-technical characteristics on parts and size of the production program on a base of increase of intensity of formation and processing capacity on lathes from a PNC, having inserted block-type machining, and also having realized optimization of parameters it is many-instrumental machining on block-type and copy-block-type turn-ing semi-automatic machines.
