Ushko Y. The functional reactions of system of unspecific defense and immune system in state of stress under condition of opiate receptor's block

The objects of investigation are system of unspecific defense and immune system of rabbits in state of stress; the purpose is the definition of functional state of system of unspecific defense and immune system in state of stress under condition of opiate receptor's blockade; the methods: the basic method is experiment with composition of opiate receptor's blockade under condition of development of experimental stress-syndrome and following comparing statistical analysis of data. Quantitative analysis and histological methods of investigation were used for estimation of functional state of neutrophiles and organism's immune state; theoretical and practical results: dependence of immune system during formation of immune response in state of stress was shown; novelty: new facts about interaction between immune and opiate system in state of formation of stress-syndrome were presented; indirect influence of opioid peptides on immunoreaction of organism in state of stress due to influence on neutrphil granulocyte system and its functions was shown.
