The dissertation is dedicated to the issues of development and distribution of social infrastructure of Ukraine under the transitional economy conditions. Methodical approaches for determining the effectiveness of the development and functioning of social infrastructure are generalized. Major conditions, factors and criteria that influence the capacity and functioning of the contemporary modernized objects of social infrastructure are specified. Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the development and distribution of social infrastructure are extended.
