The dissertation focuses on the methodology of teaching students of Economics Departments of higher educational institutions Business Oral and Written Negotiations in English. The methodology has been theoretically substantiated. The psychological, linguistic, pedagogical and methodological premises of Business Oral and Written Negotiations were taken into consideration. The term "Business Negotiations" has been defined. The aim, structure, content, phases and functions of Business Negotiations were determined. It is analysed computer technologies, especially using word processor, in teaching Business Oral and Written Negotiations in English. Criteria for selecting teaching materials were specified. A complex of exercises and tasks to teach Business Oral and Written Negotiations in word processor has been worked out and theoretically substantiated. A model based on four stages of teaching students of Economics Departments of higher educational institutions Business Oral and Written Negotiations in English is presented. The model takes into account the Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. The effectiveness of the suggested methodology was verified and confirmed during experimental teaching. Methodological recommendations concerning teaching students of Economics Departments English Business Oral and Written Negotiations in word processor are given and applied in five higher educational establishments in Ukraine.
