Essay

Thesis is devoted to reforming in social-medical system of help in Ukrainian health protection sphere. Basing on complex social-hygienic research it was proved that social-medical help in Ukraine is not at the level does not correspond to the level of the most developed world countries and is not adequate to WHO demands and International standards. The dynamic comparison analysis of morbidity, mortality and lethality from myocardial infarction in villagers was realized. The main tendencies and dynamics for the 10-year period were determined. The modern system of giving medical help and to cardiologic patient is analyzed with the estimation of its efficiency. The new scientifically grounded approaches to optimization of medical help to patients with acute myocardial infarction in village.
