Essay

An object is the process of training future engineers-teachers; methods: study of philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical literature; study and generalization of the pedagogical experience; the method of theoretical modeling; methods of a mass collection of information, the pedagogical experiment, the methods of an experts appraisal, methods of mathematical statistics; aim: to substantiate theoretically, to develop and examine experimentally the methods of training future engineers teachers to project the teaching and methodical provision of the module technology; novelty: for the first time pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of methodical training of students of engineering-pedagogical specialties in the field of projecting module didactic materials have been defined and proved; for the first time the model of training future engineers-teachers in projecting the module program documentation, methodical and didactic materials have been worked vet; criteria end indices forthe future engineers-teachers preparedness to realize the projecting activities in conditions of the module technology application have got further development; the technology of projecting the module program documentation, methodical and didactic materials has been perfected; the concept "the training methodical provision of the module technology" has been specified; results: the structure of the engineer-teacher's activities in the sphere of projecting the training-methodical provision of the module technology has been grounded; the model for its realization has been worked out; the substance of training future engineers-teachers in the projecting activities has been determined; the training methods of projecting the module technology methodical provision has been developed and examined in the process of methodical training future engineers-teachers; methodical recommendations how to develop future engineers-teachers' skills to project the module documentation have been elaborated and incorporated into theeducational process; all of these are implemented into the educational process of the Mining Faculty of the Ukrainian Engineering-Pedagogical Academy and into the educational process of Donetsk industrial-pedagogical technical school; industry is professional pedagogies.
