Economic system of Ukraine in conditions of transformation an administratively-command economy into market. Theoretically-methodological research of business undertaking relations and exposure its formation peculiarities, functioning and development in conditions of transformational economy. Methods: dialectical, historical, qualitative analysis and method of scientific abstractions, system and structurally-functional approaches, statistic analysis. Exposed busuness undertakings relations structure and analysed interaction between its elements. Busuness undertakings as a type of economic conduct was exposed on the strength of two functions groups: reacting and transformations. Brought out basic busuness undertakings formation tendencies in Ukraine, defined the forming peculiarities and problems of its development. It was determined the basic theoretical regulations concerning busuness undertakings role in transformational economic system. It was disclosed organizationally-economic adjustment mechanismof owner's activity. Proved objective necessity of owner's activity state adjustment and generalized basic directions of owner's sector state support. Owner's sector, educational process.
