Belenskaya L. Improvement of organization of medical care for HIV-infected people and those who have AIDS and grounds for preventive measures.

The aim of this thesis is to learn HIV-infection spreading development in Donetsk region, to ground a qualitatively new system of medical care for HIV-infected people and those who have AIDS. This system involves the new functionally unitad structures as well as the new organizational technologies: on the first level there are district hospitals, medical ambulance stations, family doctor ambulance stations; each of them should be defined for the purpose of giving medical help to HIV-infected people and HIV-infection preventive measures bringing in the teachers of general education schools, enterprises and organizations of varios patterns of ownership; on the second level there are specialized agencies of medical and public assistance yo those with terminal AIDS, specialized children's home; on the third level there are aducational institutions with III-IV levels of accreditation and on each of the levels there are nongovernmental organizations and mass-mwdia. Data acquired as result of research are applied on the international, state and regional level.
