Object - processes of local formation of mobile areas, sensing to external IR radiation in the HTSC wide-form bolometric structure to provide registration of a thermal field of objects. The aim - the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the possibility of creation of the high-performance bolometric HTSC multi-element IR imager with electrodeless allocation of the information. Methods - Lybman's method, HF cathode spraying, laser scanning microscopy, electron beam lithography. Results - the possibility of creation of the HTSC multi-element bolometric IR imager with laser beam probe allocation and scanning of elements is substantiated; the technology of bolometer structures forming on the base of YBaCuO on SrTiO3 substrates is optimized; the method of determination of the absorption possibility of bolometric elements with different configuration is developed. Implementation - in the technological process for industrial equipment thermal control; in the experimental-design activity; in the education process. Application - IR technique and nondestructive control
