Essay

The object of study – ability to self-actualization of the graduates of an average comprehensive school. The purpose of study is to reveal, theoretically to prove as a psychological determinant the basic making abilities of high-school students to self-actualization, to open the factors of their formation and experimentally to check up their efficiency. The methods: the analysis of the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature on a researched problem; system-structural modeling; the questionnairing and psychological diagnostics; the comparative analysis of results; methods of mathematical statistics. Novelty: the set of competencies, necessary for successful self-actualization, structured accordingly to the basic spheres of human ability to live is selected; the program of formation of ability to self-actualization for high-school students, which is based on a consecutive cycle, which includes the self-actualization, self-determination and self-presentation, is developed. The theoreticalvalue of work: the representation about concept “self-actualization of personality” due to revealing of his dependence from a level of formation of competencies in the basic spheres of ability to live is extended; the set of competencies, necessary for successful self-actualization accordingly to the basic spheres of human ability to live is selected. The practical value of work: the program "Formation of ability to self-actualization ", designed on individual usage by each pupil, is developed. The subject and degree of the introduction: the program for high-school students "Formation of ability to self-actualization " is introduced in educational process of comprehensive schools of the Zaporozhye region. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: average educational institutions.
