Object of research: process of formation and function of milk and dairy products market in Vinnitsa region; subject of market: agricultural enterprises different forms of ownership, private household plot owners, which are milk producers, milk processing enterprises, mediation structures and consumers of dairy products. The purpose of research: to ground theoretical and methodological principles of formation of milk and dairy products market and to elaborate proposals and measures about directions of its development and effective function in region.
