Romanenko O. The effectiveness of the mobile building organizations' expenses

A thesis is dedicated to the problem of increase of the effectiveness of the mobile building organizations' manufacturing expenses in conditions of unstable economic. It analyses the state of investment and building activities in the Ukraine's dispersed construction, the ascertained features and the mainstreams of its development. The matter and the particular qualities of the mobile building organizations are revealed. The new complex decision for the expenses effectiveness' increase tasks on the basis of elaboration of theoretical and methodical recommendations for stable building organizations' activity providing is given: improvement of the price formation on the building production, diversification, the methods' of expenses control forming, the orders on hand forming on the basis of organization and economic models of diversification and of optimal models of construction contracts' cost.
