Dybkova L. The individual approach in forming a professional competence of future economists

The thesis is devoted to the problem of using shapes and methods of individual approach in forming a professional competence of future economists as a factor their higher competitivness on the labour market. The thesis gives a survey of scientific pedagogical and psychological literature about problem of analysis component to the professional competence of future economists.The author stresses that conducting monitoring an educational activity is an essential factor in the successful forming of professional competence of future economist and has a large importance as a method of rise motivation of students to teaching and as a method of analysis of quality educational activity. Monitoring is considered as an indissoluble aggregate of such components: planning educational tasks; control of study of educational material; evaluation and analysis of achieved results; correction of educational process depending on results of conducted control; collection and periodic analysis of information about success of every student. Theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved is that successful rise of forming a professional competence of future economists is promote by educational activity of students and development of their individual qualities such as self-appraisal level, motivation level; successful group activity. All these factors are interdependent.
