Rafalska V. Sugar quality management in conditions of world economics globalization

The thesis is focused on research of theory-methodological bases for production quality management, aspects and factors of formation of production quality and the basic categories, connected with quality management; problems of organizational control systems for sugar quality and definition of Ukrainian commodity producers ways to foreign markets. Theoretical aspects of formation for production quality, becoming and development of control systems by quality are generalized and foreign experience of product quality control is analysed. The modern condition of development sugar-beet subcomplex of Ukraine and the tendency of product quality control are investigated, priority directions and mechanisms of sugar quality management and a role of the state in management of sugar standardization and certification according to the international requirements, regulation and motivation of manufacture of qualitative production are considered in this thesis. Enterprises and experts certification are necessary - andit will be garanty qualities of production. Sugar competitiveness is a difficult task for Ukrainian sugar factories. The system approach for solution this problem includes: technical development, using of modern technology, implementation of quality systems that represents a control system of safety and production quality.
