Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of clinico-epidemiological characteristics of the sexually transmitted infections in HIV - infected patients, and development of a new methods of syphilis treatment on the basis of studied clinical and serological data of syphilis in HIV -infected patients. It was revealed that the sexually transferred infections have been defined in 84 % of HIV-infected and the mixed infections have been diagnosed in 78 % from them. The HIV -infection is defined at young reproductive age, a significant amount of patients are unmarried and have no constant place of work, have more than 3 sexual partners in a year and begin sexual attitudes in the age 16-17 years. Basically following virus infections are defined at HIV-infected patients: viral hepatitis C, herpes and cytomegalovirus infections, and also trichomoniasis, candidosis, chlamidiosis and syphilis. Frequency of revealing of virus infections increases at the reduce of quantity CD-4 lymphocytes and also is observed more often at persons who use narcotic drugs. It is shown, that a variety of clinical manifestation of the secondary period, a low titre of reagins in RPR and delayed negative serological reaction are typically for syphilis in HIV-infected patients. Considering obtained data, it is developed a methods of treatment of patients with second recedives and early latent syphilis with simultaneous use of benzylpenicillin sodium salt 1 millions units of 8 times a day for 18 days and ceftriaxon 1 gram a daily for 10 days intramuscularly. The efficiency of the new methods of treatment was confirmed by clinico-serological observation The durable negation serologicals tests was in 83,3 % patients with the second recedives syphilis and 78,3 % patients with early latent syphilis.
