Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the international legal problems of the institutionalization of international cooperation in combating transnational organized crime within the framework of International Criminal Police Organization. It contains the analysis of theoretical approaches in international law in relation to a law of international organizations and the analysis of the legal system of Interpol, classification of legal norms that regulate the activity of Interpol. It is analyzed the modern state of the institutional system of International Criminal Police Organization and the basic tendencies of its development. Special attention is given to the organizational and legal bases of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Ukraine, problems in its activity and approaches to their decision. The dissertation also contains the recommendations on approving combating the transnational organized crime, particularly, money laundering and economic crime.
